Karras Grande Resort, Planos (Zakynthos)

The hotel provides a lovely atmosphere with exceptionally friendly staff and a great variety of food options. The cleanliness of the facility is commendable, and the entertainment offerings kept us engaged throughout our stay. However, the dining area could feel crowded at times, and some minor issues like broken sunbeds were noticeable, although they didn't impact our experience significantly.

My stay at the hotel had its high points, particularly the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness of the resort was impressive, which added to my comfort. However, the food quality and dining experience left a lot to be desired, often served cold and lacking variety. Additionally, the pool area had issues with cleanliness that detracted from the experience.

We had a lovely 10-day stay at the hotel for our friends' wedding. The rooms were newly refurbished and very clean, with excellent air conditioning. While the food had a good variety, it could use more options for children. The service was friendly, and the location close to the beach was convenient. However, the drinks quality was poor in the all-inclusive package, which was a letdown.

The hotel is very clean and has friendly staff, and even though the room I initially received wasn't up to standard, the later room was much better. The dining experience was quite repetitive, and while the location is convenient with shops and the beach nearby, the food could definitely improve.

Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, very close to the beach, which made it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms were decent but reviewing the food options was a letdown. While the pools were lovely and provided a good atmosphere for relaxation, I found the dining experience seriously lacking in quality and variety.
